First Lady Melania Trump‘s public reappearance this week has renewed intense speculation regarding whether she has undergone cosmetic procedures.
Adding to the scrutiny, a prominent aesthetic expert claimed that her facial features look noticeably altered in recent photographs, pointing to those changes as potential evidence of a cosmetic intervention.

He said the first lady “looks great” and that she “looks incredibly fresh and well rested.” Hamadani explained that it is not possible to definitively say the first lady has had any work done, but that there are “subtle” changes in her appearance that point to that being the case.
He focused on her eyes, noticing that they looked “more open and less heavy than they have previously.” He suggested that the change may be due to the first lady undergoing a blepharoplasty, a procedure that removes “excess skin from the upper eyelids.”
Hamadani also explained that her smooth complexion could be due to continuous non-surgical skin treatments rather than “one dramatic procedure.”

The first lady recently made an appearance at the Rose Garden earlier this month, following a 31-day absence, declaring at the commencement of her speech, “I heard you missed me. Here I am.”
Speculations about her appearance subsequently followed, especially due to the rare outing by Melania.
Medical Director of Cosmetics Dr. Ross Perry told Irish Star, “In the newer-looking image, Melania’s face appears particularly smooth through the forehead and upper face, while the cheeks and lower face have a relatively firm appearance.”

As detailed in a report by The Mirror earlier this year, cosmetic surgeon and founder of TMB Cosmetic, Dr. Trevor Born, said Melania’s nose had changed shape earlier in her modeling career.
Born said that the first lady’s nose became “a more thinned-down shape, a narrower bridge, and a refined tip of her nose.”
Dr. Masoud Saman reportedly echoed the same view and defined the nose as more refined and narrower compared to older and newer pictures, noting that the changes are “consistent with aging, following a cosmetic nose surgery.”
In another report, consultant plastic surgeon Jag Chana told the outlet that Melania’s top lip appeared fuller compared to her younger photograph and said it was possibly due to “lip fillers.”
