“Real Housewives of Atlanta“ star Pinky Cole announced her pregnancy at the recently aired season 17 reunion. However, one of the show’s former cast members, actress Claudia Jordan, got wind of the news and teased the announcement weeks before the episode aired. Now, the Slutty Vegan founder is reacting to the slight.
4Cole appeared on singer and former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss‘ YouTube series, “Speak on It,” in August 2026. While on the show, Burruss complimented the restaurateur amid her pregnancy, noting, “I love the fact you don’t have no stretch marks or nothing.”
After that, Cole was asked whether she was “bothered” by Jordan hinting at revealing her pregnancy during the reunion taping, even though Jordan didn’t mention her name. Cole responded, “She didn’t, but it did bother me.”
After that, Cole explained that Jordan’s commentary bothered her because it revealed more than just that one of the current “RHOA” stars was pregnant. Instead, she identified which couch the person had been seated on at the reunion, leading many to assume the pregnant lady to be Cole.
She went on, “The process of elimination was so wide. I love a good tease, but damn.”
Pinky Cole Discussed The Reunion
4Elsewhere in the clip from Cole’s “Speak on It” interview, she discussed why it was so easy for fans to determine which of the ladies seated on the right couch had revealed their pregnancy. Specifically, she noted that one of the women had recently had an operation, another had recently divorced, and that only one other person on her couch had been trying to get pregnant.
Burruss then asked who Cole believed had told Jordan about the pregnancy. She responded, “I came to the reunion wobbling, and everybody- make-up artists, hair stylists, I don’t know. Somebody there probably just gave her the tea.”
She continued, “I was frustrated at first, I’ll be honest, because I’m like, ‘Damn.’ For a long time, I didn’t go outside. I just wanted to have this moment and just make it private for a minute. Then, when she said it, I said, ‘God damn it,’ so I finally just let the world know a couple of days ago.
Claudia Jordan Apologizes To Pinky Cole
4Jordan appeared on Carlos King‘s YouTube series, “Monday Night Live,” in August 2026 to apologize to Cole. Notably, it was on King’s show that Jordan first teased the news and then added further context the following week after receiving backlash in June.
She began, “So, I did say that someone reveals at the reunion a pregnancy. That’s what I said.” After that, Jordan confirmed that she had seen the clip of Cole revealing she had been hurt by the reunion tease, and she apologized to the “RHOA” star.
According to her, “I didn’t know that she was bothered by it because she puts on such a, you know, a very strong front.” After that, Jordan stated that she sent Cole a “one-minute-long voice note” where she offered her sincere apologies and told the mom of three that she “never meant” to hurt her.
Jordan went on to claim that she only intended to tease the “RHOA” reunion. From there, the actress discussed where she learned the information, revealing that it didn’t come from any of the show’s stars and that a man who had been on set relayed the pregnancy reveal to her. She stated that the person was “behind the scenes.”
Pinky Cole Announced The News Early In The ‘RHOA’ Reunion
4Part one of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” season 17 reunion aired on August 9. Cole shared her pregnancy news within the first several minutes as host Andy Cohen asked each of the ladies how they felt about sitting down to discuss the season.
Cole said, “I don’t ever wanna hear the B-word again.” Per Bravo, she stated, “The only B-word that I want to talk about is the fact that I’m having a baby.” From there, her fellow “RHOA” stars each congratulated the Slutty Vegan founder on baby number four.
She then joked, “I don’t want no problems,” before revealing that she’s due in December.
The ‘RHOA’ Star Recently Opened Up About Her Bankruptcy
According to PEOPLE, Cole filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March 2026, with court documents showing she owed $1.2 million to the U.S. Small Business Administration under a COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan, as well as $192,000 in state taxes to the Georgia Department of Revenue.
Following this, her income was revealed, showing that she earns $6,000 per month. The “RHOA” star spoke to TMZ in June, when the reporter asked whether fans knowing her monthly income bothered her. Cole responded, “No. MC Hammer walked so I could run.” For context, the “RHOA” star is referencing former rapper MC Hammer, who famously filed for bankruptcy in 1996 despite his level of fame at the time.
She went on, “It is what it is. My broke and your broke is two different kind of brokes,” before stating that “Slutty Vegan is doing really well.”
