Marjorie Taylor Greene has tied the knot with conservative journalist Brian Glenn in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony. The former Georgia congresswoman announced the news on social media Wednesday morning, sharing photographs from the couple’s July 28 wedding overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. The nuptials came approximately seven months after Greene and Glenn announced their engagement and months after she left Congress amid her escalating feud with President Donald Trump.
4Greene confirmed the marriage by posting a series of photographs showing her and Glenn celebrating with their families. “Last night, surrounded by our families … and I said ‘I do,’” Greene wrote alongside the wedding pictures.
The former Republican lawmaker wore a white gown with lace cap sleeves and carried a bouquet containing white, pink and red flowers. Glenn opted for a traditional black tuxedo and matching boutonniere. The couple posed against the Las Vegas skyline during the intimate celebration.
According to Clark County records reviewed by PEOPLE, Greene and Glenn applied for a marriage license on July 24, four days before exchanging vows.
Inside The Couple’s Lavish Las Vegas Celebration
Greene and Glenn reportedly dined at Spago before marrying at the Terrazza di Sogno, a private terrace at the Bellagio that overlooks the resort’s famous fountains. The couple incorporated several romantic songs into the ceremony, including Alex Warren’s “Ordinary,” Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect” and Frank Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon.”
After saying “I do,” the newlyweds reportedly continued their celebration on the Bellagio casino floor while still dressed in their wedding attire. Greene and Glenn joined their family and friends for games of craps, roulette and slots, embracing the full Las Vegas experience following their ceremony, per TMZ.
Republican Congressman Thomas Massie was among those who congratulated the couple publicly. “Congrats to two great people,” Massie wrote beneath Greene’s wedding announcement. Massie and Greene became close political allies while pushing the Trump administration to release government records related to Jeffrey Epstein.
Brian Glenn Proposed During A Private Dinner
4The couple became engaged in December 2025 during a meal at Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab in Washington, D.C. Glenn said he planned the private proposal in advance by reserving a secluded table at the restaurant.
“I called ahead to make sure I had our usual table in the back that has a curtain,” Glenn previously told the Daily Mail. “After the waiter delivered the drinks to our table, I proposed to her via a surprise. And she said yes. We are both overjoyed and have shared the news with our families.”
Greene and Glenn first met at a Trump rally in 2022, when both were still married to their previous spouses. They began dating in 2023 following their respective divorces. The Las Vegas ceremony marks the second marriage for both of them.
Brian Glenn Left Washington To Be Closer To Greene
4Glenn previously worked as Real America’s Voice’s chief White House correspondent and became a recognizable figure within conservative media circles. Following Greene’s departure from Congress, he stepped away from his Washington-based reporting position and relocated to Georgia to be closer to his then-fiancée.
Their relationship has frequently overlapped with their political careers. The pair initially connected through their involvement in Trump’s political movement, while Glenn later covered the administration from the White House. By the time they became engaged, however, Greene’s once-close relationship with Trump had severely deteriorated.
Wedding Comes After Greene’s Bitter Split From Trump
4Greene was once one of Trump’s most outspoken congressional defenders, but their alliance collapsed as she increasingly challenged his administration. Her push for the release of federal records involving Epstein contributed to the public dispute.
Trump branded his former ally a “traitor” and directed several other critical nicknames at her. As tensions intensified, Greene announced that she would leave her congressional seat. Her resignation became effective earlier this year, ending her tenure representing Georgia’s 14th Congressional District.
Massie remained aligned with Greene during the Epstein files dispute, strengthening their friendship as both faced criticism from Trump. The two politicians recently vacationed in Costa Rica with their respective partners.
