Royal Expert Predicts ‘Poker-Faced’ Reunion Between Prince Harry & William Amid Megxit Reverse Buzz

Prince Harry and Prince William‘s possible reunion may be a far cry from nostalgia, at least according to a royal expert.

The siblings’ dynamics have become a topic of focus amid the buzz that the Duke of Sussex is making a big move back to the United Kingdom alongside Meghan Markle, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Prince Harry and Prince William’s relationship has reportedly become sour over the years following the interviews and confessions about the Royal Family from the former after he left his role in the royal family with his wife in 2020.

While a certain date has not been given for the relocation to the United Kingdom, former royal butler Grant Harrold has, however, predicted that proximity may not mean friendship for the royal brothers who were once inseparable.

Harrold added that it will take more than just some moves or expressed desire for reconciliation from Harry to bring William back on board with him.

Due to lots of things that have happened behind the scenes and even on screens, Harrold suggested that actions now have to carry more meaning than any words Harry will ever utter about seeking peace.

Harry will reportedly also have to continuously make an effort to restore normalcy in their interaction, which means it will take a lot of patience. In Harrold’s words to Us Magazine:

“Right now, I don’t see things healing. I think they will be poker-faced and play happy families, but behind the scenes it will take a lot more.”

Harrold noted that it may be too soon to call anything about the reaction of various members of the royal family, but he knows Harry may not have it so hard with Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice.

However, former Prince Andrew’s children are also quite cordial with Prince William, but Eugenie has been spotted spending time with Harry in America, and even appeared in one of his documentaries. Harrold stated that it may not boil down to Eugenie and Beatrice picking sides, but William’s involvement in their relationship will make things tricky.

Despite the move back to the United Kingdom, sources have shared that Harry and Meghan will still retain their home in Montecito, keep their vacation home in Portugal, and reside in a non-royal property in Britain.

The Prince and Princess of Wales are reportedly the least impressed of all the royals when the news of Harry and Meghan making a comeback to the U.K. got out.

As noted by The Blast, a royal expert explained that William and Kate are probably so frustrated to hear that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are coming back to take the attention away from them again.

Since their exit, William and Kate have assumed a very significant role in the royal palace, and they have been trying to propel the institution forward, so much so that a Harry and Meghan drama is the last thing they need.

“They will generate countless tabloid stories and take the focus away from other members of the Royal family, which is a major no-no. King Charles and Queen Camilla, in particular, don’t like to be upstaged, and the same goes for William,” the expert noted.

Royal author Christopher Anderson also suggested that the couple may now exert pressure on the monarchy to restore their roles as working royals.

William may reportedly block this decision as there is still a lot of bad blood between them, but the question still remains if Harry and Meghan are willing to live the different lifestyle they’ve come to love behind.

During the couple’s recent visit to the United Kingdom, they embarked on a closed-door visit with King Charles and Queen Camilla, where they also reunited with their grandkids after years away. As shared by The Blast, the King has now learned of their plan to become residents in the U.K. for a long time, and he is happy about it.

Neither Harry nor Meghan reportedly discussed this with him when they last saw each other, but the King was able to hear about the latest development three days ahead of the public.

King Charles is equally relieved that he will get to build a relationship with his grandkids. However, sources from the palace claimed that the couple will continue to exist as private citizens and not working royals.

While the King is reportedly on board with their move, a recent poll suggested that the public are not exactly fans of the royal couple. Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams reportedly noted that Harry and Meghan made a U-turn to the U.K. because life in America did not turn out as they had planned.

As news of his return to his home country continues to make rounds, Harry has been slammed with a judgment ordering him, alongside six other high-profile claimants including Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley, to pay a huge sum in legal fees.

The Duke of Sussex and the group were told to make an initial payment of $13 million to Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) after they lost their case against Daily Mail publisher Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL). The deadline was set at August 28, and the group may be ordered to pay another $34.1 million in legal costs.

The case, launched in 2022, centered on allegations that ANL used unlawful surveillance methods, including private investigators, hidden recording devices and deceptive tactics to obtain confidential information.

The father-of-two claimed that more than a dozen stories about his private life were based on illegally gathered material. ANL denied the accusations, and the judge ultimately dismissed the claims, handing the publisher a major legal victory.
