The insider explained that the Duchess of Sussex believed she had done her part by following Harry to the UK for a reunion with King Charles. They noted she stayed out of sight and “abided by all the rules because she knew how important the trip” was to her husband. Now, she wanted Harry to do the same for her.
“Now that they’re back home, she’s saying it’s time to forget about the royals and put their energy back into the life they’re building in America, which really means focusing on her and her brand,” the insider told Closer. They added that Meghan had her hands full and needed Harry’s undivided attention.
